Priority Payment Systems Northeast is large enough to provide the processing, products and services merchants need to effectively manage payments and grow their businesses. However, we're small enough to get to know our clients and care about their success. Additionally, we are agile when responding to customer requests or concerns. For example, our 4 Rings and Resolve service standard ensures calls will be answered by a qualified individual within four rings.
Every member of Priority's management team has a long history in bankcard processing, totaling over 35 years experience. Together, we have knowledge of every aspect of the industry and a vision of how to improve service and efficiency. We have taken this inside industry knowledge and expanded our reach to provide exciting technological innovations that resonate with today's merchants and reflect the way they do business. We provide merchants with next generation solutions that are easy to use, effective and economical.
We care about the broader community as well. In addition to making contributions ourselves, we also developed Project Give Back, which supports foundations, non-profits and schools. Any organization that accepts credit cards or checks can participate. We will contact the organization's patrons, and for all referred business that select Priority's bank card processing, the organization will receive a percentage of the revenue on a monthly, recurring basis.
Joseph A. Harrington - President/Chief Executive Officer
Joe Harrington has been in the bankcard industry since 1995 when he was a Regional Director for Lynk Systems. He was responsible for handling the Northeast merge between the Lynk Systems outside sales force and the Citizens Bank payment processing department, which later became RBS World Pay. He later served as Vice President of Direct Sales for Network1 Payments, where he developed and managed a direct national sales team. He went on to found Merchant Card Services and continues to serve as a board member today.
Throughout his career, Joe has been esteemed for his dedication and work ethic, and he has served on several industry advisory councils.
Mark Bouchard - Vice President
Mark started in the bankcard industry with Lynk Systems in 2000 as a Direct Sales Representative. He later was promoted to a territory manager before leaving to join Network1 and Verus Payment Solutions. In 2005, Mark joined with Joe Harrington in the formation of Merchant Card Services and served as Vice President overseeing direct sales and sales operations. Mark continues to be a board member of Merchant Card Services as well as one of the founders of Priority Payment Systems Northeast.
Whitney Russell - Office Manager
Prior to joining Priority Payment Systems Northeast, Whitney spent 7 years as an office manager with different companies after graduating from Virginia Commonwealth University. Whitney oversees the day-to-day operations of the office, handling multiple tasks from data input to handling client relations. Whitney has a firm understanding of the value of a client's relationship. Whitney is an integral member of the management team, not only from a business perspective, but because she brings everyone together as a family.
Timothy Healey - Regional Sales Director
Tim joined Priority Payment Systems Northeast in 2010. Prior to that, Tim spent 7 years in the banking industry, working as a Banker 1 all the way to an Assistant Branch Manager for a national and international bank. During his time in the banking industry, Tim worked closely with businesses, helping them to manage their money in a manner that made the best sense for the client. Tim was always in the top producers, ranking his branch #1 in the region over 85% of the time. Tim is passionate about customer service and is responsible for the direct sales force at Priority.
